In any piece of writing, the first thing readers notice are the grammatical errors.

'I'm in the train; I'll be at work soon.'
'Everyone of us are ready for the performance appraisal.'
'Let me bring you to see the Manager.'
'Wanted: Part-time female Receptionist.'
'Peter, as well as other staff, have arrived for the meeting.'
